These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Royal888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Royal888 website at https://royal888.cam and all associated products, services, software, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Royal888 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international licensing frameworks. The Platform is made available to eligible players located in permitted jurisdictions and is designed primarily to serve the Malaysian market, including players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across Malaysia.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you represent that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

In order to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Royal888 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Proof of age may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any form of legal incapacity, you may not use the Platform.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by Royal888 or any regulatory or programme body.
• One Account only: Each Player may hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with the Prohibited Conduct clause.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly notify Royal888 of any changes to this information by contacting support.

Royal888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement showing account holder name);
• Source-of-funds documentation where large deposits or withdrawal requests are made.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Royal888 may suspend an Account or withhold withdrawals pending receipt and review of requested documentation. The Company aims to process KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

Royal888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Royal888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to specific bonus terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus = RM3,500 total wagering).
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Royal888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational player use only. Use of systematic wagering strategies, exploitation of bonus conditions, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• All bonus amounts and wagering requirements are displayed in MYR. Figures such as "up to MYR 2,880" refer to the maximum possible bonus amount and are not guaranteed to any individual player.

Royal888 offers sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and e-sports), live dealer casino games, slots, and other gaming products. Each product is subject to specific game and betting rules accessible within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Royal888 reserves the right to take any or all of the remedial actions listed below in response to any prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly approved by Royal888;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform or any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus conditions;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards Royal888 staff or other players;
• Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, or illegal content through any Platform communication channel.

Remedial actions that Royal888 may take in response to prohibited conduct include: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of all Account balances including real-money funds where permitted by applicable law; reporting the matter to relevant authorities; and legal action where warranted.

All content on the Royal888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, written content, game graphics, software, databases, and source code — is the exclusive property of Royal888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Royal888. Any unauthorised use of Royal888 intellectual property will be treated as an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Royal888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Royal888 excludes, to the extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, Royal888's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any event, Royal888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Royal888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. No individual under 21 may register, deposit, or wager on the Platform.

Royal888 provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set or reduce at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to help you stay within your intended budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanently. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displayed at configurable intervals during an active gaming session, summarising session time and net wagering position.

Royal888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information;
• The Account has been used for any form of fraud, abuse, or criminal activity;
• The Player is under the age of 21;
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory, compliance, or risk management obligations require such action.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Royal888 support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Royal888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Royal888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform (e.g., a notice on the website or email to registered Players). The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as selected by the Company, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Royal888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
